It is a rat-dogish critter chasing a "fli"
Ahaha! Fly away little fli!! XD Rat-dog... Hate to have one of those as a pet! They sound nasty. X)
They're actually quite friendly, but... well... I'd keep your plaid away from them. They have a taste for fabrics and rotten fruit.
(And if they don't demolish your clothing, it'll smell terrible!) X{
